Simple Regeneration Tweaks

This mod allows you to configure many aspects of the health regeneration system, including adjusting the rates at which it heals you, how much it will heal, disabling it entirely, or even enabling it on hardcore. Features: - Complete control over health regeneration parameters, including the delay before it kicks in, how much it heals, and how often it heals. - Enable Regeneration in Hardcore Mode. - Enable or Disable the "Mercy Health" system, which gives Dawn a second chance to survive in combat on 1HP after taking lethal damage. - Enable or Disable the Sauna Regeneration, which allows Dawn to completely regenerate to full health by visiting the sauna at the Sky Lounge. - Regeneration Banking allows regeneration to account for health pickups. If Dawn would regenerate to 35 health, and you pick up a 10HP medikit at 20 HP, Dawn will then regenerate to 45 health instead, to compensate for having waited for the regeneration to fully finish. This is designed to mitigate wasting health kits or waiting around after combat for regeneration to kick in, especially when using much slower regeneration values. - By default all settings are set to their vanilla values, so regeneration should be unchanged from the vanilla game by default.
