• []Enhances the NPC spawn system by allowing NPCs to spawn dynamically in the wild, along roads, and in building yards. This significantly increases game difficulty and adds a new layer of challenge to the open world.[/]

• []Important: This mod relies on the Unofficial Editor Mod Loader located here Unofficial Editor Mod Loader Make sure to install it first otherwise this mod will not work.[/]

  []Single Player: Place the folder into your game's Pak folder "If the old version still exists please delete it". Ensure you delete the file(s) & launch options if you plan on playing other multiplayer servers.[/]

  []Dedicated Servers: Place the folder into the server's Pak folder. This mod is not required and not recommended for clients to install if its being used as a server only mod.[/]
