  SCUM 1. 0에서 한국어가 지원 언어 목록에서 빠졌습니다. 게임에 남은 한국어는 13. 1%뿐이라 메뉴가 영문과 섞여 나옵니다.

  개발사가 번역했던 것도 다시 번역했지만, 약 1,126개는 화면에 나오지 않습니다.

  언리얼이 ko 보다 ko-KR 을 먼저 읽어 게임에 이미 한국어가 있으면 그쪽이 이깁니다.

  켜기가 `켜ㄱ`으로 잘린 곳, {count}·{seconds}가 노출되는 곳도 여기 포함됩니다.

  개발사만 고칠 수 있습니다.

    `ko-KR`이 아니라 `ko`입니다. zip 안에 `SCUM` 폴더가 한 겹 더 있으니 맨 위에 풀어 합치세요.

    실행 옵션, mod pak, 배틀아이 설정 변경, 설정 파일 수정 전부 불필요합니다. `-fileopenlog`는 쓰지 마세요.

    적용이 안 될 때

    • []경로 — 스팀 라이브러리 → 스컴 우클릭 → 관리 → 로컬 파일 탐색. 그 폴더에 푸세요.[/]

      []언어 설정 — 옵션에서 한국어를 고르기 전까지는 변화가 없습니다.[/]

      그래도 영문이면 `%LOCALAPPDATA%\SCUM\Saved\Logs\SCUM.log` 에서 `ko/Game.locres` 를 찾아보세요. `could not be opened for reading` 이면 경로가 틀린 것입니다.

      `...\Content\Localization\Game\ko\` 폴더 삭제.

      원리

      언리얼은 ko-KR을 쓸 때 폴백으로 ko를 함께 읽습니다. SCUM pak에는 ko-KR만 있어 게임이 매번 ko 폴더를 찾다 실패합니다. 그 빈자리를 채우는 방식입니다. pak에 없는 경로라 가려지지 않습니다.

      손댈 수 없는 부분 — 31개

      샐러드 7종과 설명, 위스키, 사냥 퀘스트 문구, 버프 획득 알림 7종.

      Game.locres에 키가 없어 어떤 언어를 골라도 영문입니다. 독일어·러시아어도 같습니다. 번역문은 준비해 뒀고 개발사가 수집을 돌리면 반영됩니다. 버전이 0. 9.x인 이유입니다.

      호환성

      SCUM 스팀 빌드 24929593 기준. 게임이 업데이트돼도 다시 받을 필요 없습니다. 새로 추가된 문자열만 영문으로 나옵니다.

      싱글·멀티 모두 동작합니다. pak을 마운트하지 않아 서버 접속에 영향이 없습니다.

      Full Korean translation. All 19,161 strings.

      SCUM dropped Korean from its supported-language list at 1. 0. The ko-KR data left in the game is 13. 1% translated, so menus come out half English. This patch translates everything the game exposes through its language files.

      About 1,126 of the developers' own strings do not show in game.

      Unreal loads ko-KR before ko, so the shipped ko-KR wins wherever it has an entry — including its defects. Only the developers can replace those.

      Installation

      • []Exit the game.[/]

        []Extract into your SCUM folder, keeping the folder structure:

        <Steam Library>\steamapps\common\SCUM\[/]

        []Launch, then Settings → Language → Korean.[/]

        The file must end up at ...\SCUM\Content\Localization\Game\ko\Game.locres. Folder is ko, not ko-KR. The archive contains a second SCUM level — extract to the top folder and let it merge.

        No launch options, no mod pak, no BattlEye changes, no config edits. Do not use -fileopenlog.

        Not working? Check the folder (Steam → right-click SCUM → Manage → Browse local files), check you set the language, and check the game was closed while extracting. Still English? Search %LOCALAPPDATA%\SCUM\Saved\Logs\SCUM.log for ko/Game.locres.

        Known limitation — 31 strings. Seven salads and their descriptions, whiskey, some Apex Hunt captions, and the seven buff notifications. They sit in String Table assets or blueprints with no key in Game.locres in any language — German
