Jake's Realistic Improvised Flashlight Config

[]Flashlight should be able to reach just over twice the distance[/]

[]Better illumination at distances [/]

[]Physical based lighting (More natural light over distance and hotspot being sharper)  [/]

and some more, the images will do it justice!

I plan on doing configs for every light in the game, This is a test and i want to see how it performs and see what feedback i get!
