Better Map

Description

You can zoom in and out, and drag it around.

If you want an immersive experience (you need paper to open the map, a pen to place markers, and a magnifying glass to zoom and drag the map), go to dlls\config.txt in the mod folder and change gate=0 to gate=1.

This mod hijacks the game's map function through a DLL, so it's not entirely a UE4SS mod. You can inject the DLL into the game separately — I'm using UE4SS to inject it here just because it's more convenient.

I'm not sure whether the DLL will conflict with other games' anti-cheat systems, so please use it in a safe environment, or just don't use it at all.

Installation instructions

Put the mod under the ue4ss\Mods path, and set SCUMZoomMap : 1 in mods.txt.

About the issue of the mod not working.

This mod is currently running on my server and is actively being used by players.

If the mod doesn't seem to work, please check the following:

• []Did you add the launch parameter -fileopenlog?

(Missing it may cause gameplay features to fail to start.)

[]If you've checked all of the above and it still doesn't work, I may not be able to help, because this is the exact mod I'm using.
