Scrap Mechanic Toolkit is not a mod.

Scrap Mechanic Toolkit is an external tool that can be used on vanilla or modded games, on existing or new saves, and in any game mode. Scrap Mechanic Toolkit contains a collection of functions for Scrap Mechanic that includes building tools, exploration tools, and yes... cheats. It is not just a collection of cheats though. Many of the features are designed to enable new behavior, expand existing behavior, improve quality of life, or to just be novel and fun.

The real goal of Scrap Mechanic Toolkit is to give you more control over how you play.

Let me know what features you’d like to see in the future! I’m always down to add new features if I think they are useful or interesting, but I’d like to prioritize what you guys would actually want.

Multiplayer Compatibility

Scrap Mechanic Toolkit does work in Multiplayer but I do not have a reliable way of testing how authoritative the host of a multiplayer game is compared to the client so at the moment I cannot guarantee all of its functions will work as the client of a game you are not hosting. I plan to do more testing and improve multiplayer compatibility as quickly as I can. If you guys run into any issues please report them here. I am absolutely neurotic about having open bug reports so that is a sure-fire way to get me to fix something ASAP.

Features

Cheats

Ragdoll

Instantly ragdoll your character.

Why? Because I think the animation is hilarious. I don't know why lol I can't get over it. It gets me every time.

Retrieve Death Bag

Teleport your death bags to you.

The sheer amount of you people getting your stuff stuck in walls or in the floor on Reddit is insane.

This teleports your death bags, all of them, directly in front of you.

It only works on your bag, it will not interfere with any other player.

It also only works in the currently loaded world state, if your death bag is in the overworld and you're in a mining layer, it won't work.

Quick heal

Restores 25 HP to your character.

This is just the default Quick Heal cheat implemented as native code because it was the first experiment I did when building this and I figured why not just leave it in.

Revive

Revives you in place from a downed state.

This picks you up from downed just like a Revival Baguette would.

Invulnerable

Makes you invulnerable.

Keeps you from taking damage from any source. Dunno what else to say.

Infinite Ammo

Disables ammunition consumption.

This does not grant infinite ammo. It disables consumption.

This does not work on Container fed parts.

Spud Guns mounted on a vehicle will not have Infinite Ammo.

Infinite Fuel

Disables fuel consumption.

This does not grant infinite fuel. It disables consumption.

This does not work on Container fed parts.

Engines with Gas in them will work without using that Gas.

Engines connected to a Gas Tank will still consume Gas from the Gas Tank.

No Raids

Prevents new raids while allowing crops to continue growing and become harvestable.[/colo
