VoKo

Description

A voice control mod built using Windows SAPI (Speech Application Programming Interface) and an integrated Vosk model (smallest model is used). You can talk into a microphone and your Expie will follow your command after a small delay. There is basic movement, combat, looting, crafting, health / inventory / UI management and mini-game voice commands (~200 fixed sentences, ~400-600 mid-game sentences.)

IF YOU SEARCH FOR VOICE COMMANDS, THEY ARE IN THE README.txt THAT COMES WITH THE MOD.

SMALL DISCLAIMER: The mod catches your voice with a small delay. It is difficult to use precisely (as any voice detector) and sometimes can be sloppy at catching words. Do NOT rely on it for split-second decisions.

Built and tested on the v7. 0. 1 (Demo) version of Casualties: Unknown.

Installation instructions

1.) Have BepInEx (if not already installed, here is the link)

2.) Drag the folder "VoKo" into "Bepinex\Plugins\"

Main features

1.) Control your Expie with your voice through a microphone.

Available CONSOLE commands

Verifies the mod is hearing you.

mictestReloads your macros file and rebuilds the live vocabulary.

rescanWrites an editable macros file in the "Bepinex\config\" for custom macros.

exportmacrosLists the body parts the mod knows of.

limbsLists the inventory slot names.

slotsLists nearby interactable items.

surveyA readout of basic things like the active engine, confidence, mic on/off, etc.

vstatusPrints a cheat sheet for the whole voice commands list.

Mod compatibility support?

Kind of. There is a bit of compatibility, but it is not a thing that will be actively developed. The word list is already elongated, and making it even bigger takes a quality hit.

Not tested, but there is no reason for the mod to not work with Krokosha's MP.

Linux

Should work with Wine installed (as literally any other mod and the game itself.) Use winecfg to configure your microphone.

Alpha Cephei for their voice engine Vosk.
