I've made my first simple mod. It replaces lobotomy event (or screamer) when you get low brain integrety with Michael Jackson in terms of imagery and sounds.
Installation instructions
Just unpack the rar into plugins, the folder and dll must be inside Game\BepInEx\plugins
Multiplayer: it does work in multiplayer mod by Krokosha666, https://github.com/Krokosha666/cas-unk-krokosha-multiplayer-coop
this is my first mod if you have any recomendations or tips I would love to hear em.
