Last Stand Command

adds a command to force last stand immediately without locking it out in the future.

!!! READ THE README. TXT IN THE MOD FOLDER !!!

- add config to allow/disallow lock-out penalty

- make a sandwich

command: laststand

gives all benefits of laststand & plays the coroutine when ran. seems to always work.

(tested on v5. 1 demo of c:u) REFER TO THE BOTTOM OF THE DESCRIPTION!!!

alright i fixed the thing. sorry it took so long i started playing video games and trying to not starve (job searching)

with the release of v7, i found it fitting to finally fix this.

yeah, yeah... i know... it took like maybe an hour to fix, but still.

howdy. how's it going. hey.

uh... so turns out i didnt get multiplayer compatibility.

not only did it just not work in MP, it actually broke if you didn't even have MP installed.

i originally was going to fix it after the next MP update since the original dev has transferred ownership, but that started taking too long.

so here it is! fixed up and good to go.

if singleplayer - laststand

if multiplayer - laststand  (will default to host without argument. NOTE: IF THE PLAYER HAS SPACES IN THEIR NAME, USE `id:` INSTEAD!!! I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!!)
