backup your original Assembly-CSharp.dll in casualtiesunknowndemo > CasualtiesUnknown_Data > Managed > Assembly-CSharp.dll by renaming it to Assembly-CSharp.dll.old and copy and paste the new one there

Most hazards are instantly deadly, some things outright kill you if you even dare to touch it, slight modifications to existing mechanics.
