# 💊 Extra Medicaments — 20 New Medical Items

Adds 20 new, balanced medical items to Casualties: Unknown. Each one has a unique effect — some help with blood pressure, others with infections, pain, or even hearing loss.

| Lidocaine | Instantly numbs pain and helps with fibrillation |

| Picamilon | Boosts immunity and triggers the Braingrow effect with a small happiness bonus |

| Cardiomagnyl | Reduces blood thickness and protects against clot formation |

| Bisoprolol | Lowers blood pressure and slightly helps with arrhythmia |

| Afobazol | Reduces trauma, but costs a small amount of happiness |

| Suprastin | Helps against toxicosis and boosts your immune system |

| Ear Drops | Restores hearing and reduces "ringing in the ears" |

| Hydrogen Peroxide | Disinfects wounds and removes infection, but stings and may damage skin slightly |

| Surgery Kit | A sterile surgical kit. Can only be used on the upper torso. help with hemothorax but may be painful |

| Armodafinil | Gives you a strong energy lift and completely eliminates sleepiness |

| Magnesium sulfate | Given intravenously reduces blood pressure, treats heart rhythm issues, relieves toxicosis and mental distress, though it causes fatigue |

| Heparin Sodium | Makes blood less sticky and brings down your blood pressure. Use it with caution |

| Potassium Chloride | It calms your heart rhythm and takes away the sick feeling |

| Trach Tube | This throat tube supplies oxygen to your blood and helps you breathe. Can only be used on the Head. |

| Hemostatic Sponge | A first-aid sponge that covers wounds, eases pain, and provides mild disinfection to stop bleeding fast. |

| Stelfrin | Boosts your blood pressure when it drops too low. Use it with caution. Injected into a vein. |

| Acetaminophen | Powerful painkilling action and brings down high temperatures. |

| Validol | Opens up blood flow, improves happiness, calms the mind, and eases heart flutters and emotional aches. |

| Unknown Pill | A mysterious pill with unknown effects. Taking it may have unpredictable consequences. Can be used twice. |

| Citramon | Reduce pain and temperature, decrease blood viscosity, and provide an energizing effect. |
