Escape From Casualties

Description

Escape From Casualties is a BepInEx plugin for Casualties: Unknown Demo that brings the iconic stims and injectors from Escape From Tarkov into the game.

It adds 22 single-use injectors, faithfully recreated from EFT, each with its own positive effects and side effects. Patch yourself up, buff your stats before a fight, or take a risky homemade cocktail and hope for the best.

All items use the game's native medical item system, so they can be used directly from the inventory or through the medical interface, and every injector is fully localized.

Installation instructions

1. Install BepInEx for Casualties: Unknown Demo.

2. Install RshLib and MossLib into the game's BepInEx plugins folder.

3. Download EscapeFromCasualties.zip.

4. Extract all contents into the game's plugins folder:

5. Launch the game. Language files are generated automatically on first run.

Main features

• Adds 22 new single-use injectors faithfully recreated from Escape From Tarkov.

• Each injector has tailored effects: pain relief, stat buffs, healing, bleeding control, antidotes, temperature changes, and more.

• Realistic side effects (dehydration, exhaustion, sickness, delayed crashes) that mirror the source material.

• Usable directly from the inventory or through the medical interface.

• Full localization support (English, Simplified Chinese, and more).

• Custom syringe use sound.

• Concussion removal and tunnel vision effects are remapped to consciousness increase/decrease.

• Stats (excluding health restoration and skill changes) are based on the original values from Escape From Tarkov.

Included injectors

• Morphine - painkiller (5min), removes concussion; reduces hunger & thirst.

• L1 (Norepinephrine) - painkiller (2min), STR+2/RES+1 (2min); increases hunger & thirst.

• Tramadol - painkiller + STR+1/RES+2 + stamina regen (3min), removes concussion; hunger & thirst crash.

• Adrenaline - painkiller + STR+1/RES+1 (1min), light heal; delayed hunger & thirst crash.

• Propital - painkiller (4min), RES+2 (5min), slow heal, reduces sickness; delayed tunnel vision.

• eTG-change - removes concussion, rapid heal, immunity, metabolism boost; severe hunger crash & sickness after.

• xTG-12 - antidote + poison immunity (delayed onset); causes sickness.

• Perfotoran (Blue Blood) - antidote, blood regen, stops bleeding, anti-radiation; severe hunger crash & sickness after.

• AHF1-M - stops bleeding (1min); causes thirst.

• Zagustin - stops bleeding (3min); severe dehydration & sickness after.

• PNB (Product 16) - STR+2, heal, removes concussion (40s); severe sickness after.

• P22 (Product 22) - RES+3 (1min); stamina drain after.

• Meldonin - STR+1/RES+2 + stamina regen (15min); slow hunger & thirst drain.

• SJ1 - STR+2/RES+2 (3min); hunger & thirst drain after.

• SJ6 - RES+3 + stamina regen (4min); tunnel vision after.

• 3-(b-TG) - STR+1/INT+3 + stamina regen (4min); hunger drain after.

• 2A2-(b-TG) - STR+2/RES+2/INT+1 (15min); continuous thirst drain.

• Obdolbos - random buffs and debuffs; may cause instant ragdoll.

• Obdolbos 2 - STR+4/RES+4/INT+2 (30min); continuous health and stamina drain.

• M. U. L. E. - STR+4/RES+4 (15min); slow health drain.

• SJ9 - lowers body temperature (5min); blood drain and pain after.

• SJ12 - INT+3 (10min), lowers temperature; dangerous temperature spike after.
