Casualties PT-BR

Description

Adds Brazilian Portuguese as a separate language (and a different branch than the community PT-BR translation). It also covers many texts ignored by the normal locale system, mod content, and Discord Rich Presence.

Installation instructions

• []I did a lot of rework and fixes on the current translation. This one has less external and meme references, though*[/]

  []Translated menus, HUD, hardcoded UI, Ending Report and Discord presence while fixing font incompatibilities.[/]

  []Proper grammar for dynamic body-part dialogue, such as
