Fixes the issue where the UFG Aim might trigger if you attempted to use a Weapon Art
The new trigger for the Weapon Art is now set to the Good Action prompt and when you hold down the skill selection button, the Weapon Art will still preform even if you are near a down player/NPC so long as you are holding the skill selection button first
