Simply download, extract it to anywhere with a tool of your choice (WinZip or 7Zip),
Then copy and paste the .bbsave file to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\THQ\Saints Row 2
NOTE
I played this with the Kobraworks DLC and Juiced Patch along with some other mods. Let me know if you run into any issues.
