Simple Grappling Hook

Adds a simple grappling hook to the game, works similarly to the grappling in hook in Dying Light 1.

The grapple will pull you toward where your camera is looking (not the player character)

To activate in game, you need DML (Damage Mod Loader).

The name of the mod is "SimpleGrapple"

Balancing is non-existent but it stays that way, because I think its cool.

The grapple hook is FPS dependent, what this means in-game is if you have like 400fps, the grapple hook breaks.

I've found a good FPS to use this mod is 120-144fps
