This is definitely one of the reshades of all time.
Tried to keep it vaguely vanilla, really just makes colours way more vibrant and no vignette's or bloom.
Looks great on IPS displays
Just install reshade and put this ini file in RooftopsandAlleys\RooftopsandAlleys\Binaries\Win64\reshade-shaders
