Railway Express Agency Boxcar

For fast, dependable through service, order and ship by the Railway Express Agency! It’s like UPS for trains! In business from 1918 to 1975, the American Railway Express Agency was a government operation formed from the railroad equipment of the four major express companies: Wells Fargo, Adams Express Agency, Southern Express Agency, and American Express (yes, that one). The green boxcars were a common sight at the head of passenger trains across the country. This one went through quite a few tweaks as I developed it. That's why the logo looks a little different in each photo. The one with black lining is the finished version.
