]Make a backup of Engine.ini. - Download the mod and drop its Engine.ini in there.
If you didn't make a backup of Engine.ini you can delete it and launch the game. A new one will be generated.
If you want to enable some effects open Engine.ini with a text editor like Notepad++ or the Windows one and delete whatever line contains the effect that you want to be enabled. I've included comments that describe what each line does.
