More intense Flashlight

I decided to reinstall Resident Evil Village, and check if the mods I made for Requiem worked. This one does.

I'll upload the ones that work, and maybe try to adapt the ones that don't. Here's the (modified) original description:

Increases the intensity of the flashlight.

Toggle the effect either by clicking on the button, or by pressing the F4 key, and select the intensity using one of the sliders.

The first slider lets you adjust the intensity with some kind of precision.

The second slider is there if you want more intensity. Changing its value will override the first slider (until it's put back to its initial value).

To disable the effect, click on the button again, or press F4 again.

- There is a "ManualFlashlight" option that comes with REFramework, but it has a fixed intensity. My mod lets you choose the desired intensity.

- Install it by using Fluffy Mod Manager, or manually by dragging the "reframework" folder to the root of the game.
