WheelChair Textures Fix

Description

I was playing around with the photo mode and stumbled upon the Wheelchair that was looking weird and has clearly something wrong with its textures. So i went into Blender and with necessary addons found and imported it into the scene, where i confirmed that its textures were messed up. But looking at the textures i thought that it may be a reuse judging by the padding and yes it was indeed a reuse from the RE3R and its textures were just fine there. The only issue was that in RE9 textures were 2K and in RE3R 1K, so just converting and replacing them weren't a good option, so i upscaled RE3R version and in Photoshop combined with the RE9 version leaving the good parts untouched. Additionally added some missing bolts on the seat in the Metallic map.

Also you can make sure that it wasn't supposed to look like that and is indeed a mistake just by looking at textures themselves, where some square patches just placed on top on the textures without any consideration of the UV layout, so some shells aren't even covered up fully. This problem is present across all of the maps except the Occlusion map.

Honestly i don't know how i found out about this only now and how Capcom even made this mistake and didn't fixed it yet. I really hope that they will in the near future and this mod will become obsolete. But for now here it is.

Installation instructions

Just put the archive into the Mods folder in Fluffy Mod Manager directory

(Games -> RE9 - >Mods) Then open the manager and activate the mod

Make sure to enable Loose Files in the RE Framework
