Naked Excella with Wider Field of View Fix

She's finally here! Since it's always 30-35 degrees in Africa, Excella thought that she might as well ditch the dress to cool down a little bit. It helps, a little bit, but not really though.

This mod is a combined effort between Vendetta and Andy2000 from ReEvilWorks and Henry08. Vendetta and Andy2000 worked on creating and debugging the playable character, Henry08 offered lots of information about RE5 modding, the necessary tools, other technical support and created figurine and cutscenes prototype!

On 2021-01-24 we are releasing a currently buggy but genuinely cool prototype of nude Excella's figurine and cutscenes. The reason why it's not included into a full package together with a playable character is because of two reasons:

1. The file size on disk in an archive is 258 megabytes, which is quite a lot.

2. Both figurine and cutscenes contain a bug that cannot be easily fixed with conventional methods, which is Excella's head that cannot be adjusted correctly with her torso, resulting in a slightly visible neck seam (transparent line). And unfortunately it might be the case that it could be impossible to fully debug it with currently available tools, it might be that only capcom has the appropriate tools for debugging this figurine and cutscenes.

But still, Henry08 has put in a lot of effort and time into creating figurine and cutscenes, so it's a huge waste to throw it all into a garbage bin over a neck seam bug. It's not an optimal choice to include it into the whole package together with a playable character, but the best choice is to submit it as a separate downloadable!

So, don't forget to check the download section for the optional prototype and check out the screenshots! If you're curious to find out how it works, go ahead and try it out. If not - you can skip it, it's completely optional.

This mod includes two versions, with default vanilla FOV and wider FOV, choose what you prefer and pick what you want.

So if you have above average computer literacy and you'd like to adjust any character mod of your choice to have optimal field of view, go ahead and help yourself out.

How to install:

Method nr. 1

Use fluffy's mod manager for fast and easy installation.

Put the .rar archive into

C:\mod manager\Games\RE5

folder (or wherever else that your mod manager is located). Open the mod manager, select Resident Evil 5, flip the switch, have fun!

Old school file replacement. DON'T FORGET TO CREATE BACKUPS!
