SWAP Verdugos TO the Novistadors

Replace the Verdugo & both the Black & Red Robed Verdugos with the Remake Novistadors!

I was gonna do some original Novistador options with the white skins too (and even DMC1 Beelzebubs) but it might've been too much for now, so maybe that'll be for a future update instead!

SWAP Novistadors TO the Verdugo Instead

I don't usually do this but here's a fun explanation behind the backstory of this and the other swap mods (if you are interested):

Both of these remake mods were started & the first swap was actually finished already more than half a year ago, why?

That's when I was deep in modding the original RE4 in VR, I was trying for ages to fix SW Human Saddler's model in VR, with sadly no success still to this day...

To try and understand a bit more at the time how in the OG VR version the model links are done for enemies, I did multiple swaps, one of them was of the Verdugo and Novistadors, of course!

(There were some other funny swaps too like this Merchant to Armadura for example)

The results were quite cool in VR

I don't have any screenshots at hands of the Verdugo for the Novistadors in VR, but I remember due to mismatching shaders he did not turn invisible ingame

This hit me with the realization both of these enemies are extremely similar in terms of body shape & design!

Especially when you know the Verdugo is supposed to be just a boss version of the Novistador, judging from his OG RE4 source name "InsectBoss" with Novistadors being "InsectHuman" instead

And with the remake of course calling the Novistadors "U2", and Verdugos "U3" iirc!

It all made perfect sense!

So I started doing the proper swaps with the plan of releasing them around the same time for the OG in VR, UHD on PC and the Remake...

But of course, modding skins in UHD is a pain, and I got super busy & carried away with so many more important things with the OG in VR, so I moved away from the Remake swap mods for around half a year...
