Drag the .zip file into Fluffy Mod Manager's mod folder.

(Fluffy Mod Manager -> Games -> RE4R -> Mods) Then enable inside the mod manager itself.

Mild incompatibilities with overhaul mods like BIORAND and any mod that touches any of the message files.
