WORKS ONLY FOR NEW GAMES!

This alters the starting inventory to add items/weapons/ammo/etc. There are currently two variants:
Check the images to see what's in them!
They are upgrade-less. (But if you're playing hardcore or harder, you can just full upgrade whatever when you reach the merchant.)
Hardcore or harder make all weapon upgrades available from the start of the game.
If you want the "8888" item quantities, you MUST have the Max Stack Sizes mod.
(Went with '8888' so there's still room to pick things up.)
Without it stack sizes will clamp to their default maximum.

Both "With Weapon" options include the case/peseta/spinel/small key options.
So it looks like you might not see/get the handcannon/sweeper if you don't have them unlocked in the shop. Infinite RPG works anyways for some reason. I do not know why this is nor currently have any idea how to fix that.
