📋 About This Mod
Edits Krauser's picture of Leon to feature NSFW pictures of Ada. Art by Volker3D.

Due to size, the different versions have been separated into multiple downloads so you can choose which ones you want. The Images are named in accordance with the file downloads so you can know which one to get.
If you want, you can download multiple of them, drop them into your mod
folder, and Fluffy Mod Manager should combine them for you.
There is, optionally, a version that includes them all.
This mod works with BIORAND and any other mod that doesn't touch the files for Krauser's picture of Leon.
Installation: DO NOT EXTRACT! Drag the .zip file into Fluffy Mod Manager's mod folder. (Fluffy Mod Manager -> Games -> RE4R -> Mods) Then enable inside the mod manager itself.
If you like this mod, please consider giving it an Endorsement and giving my profile Kudos as these take many hours to make. Enjoy!
This mod replaces Krauser's picture of Leon with NSFW images of Ada, using art by Volker3D. It's a niche adult content mod for players who want to alter that specific in-game detail.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Decent community traction with 282 endorsements and over 10k downloads.
- Simple concept that does exactly what it says—no bloat.
- Recent update (October 2025) shows the author is still active.
⚠️ Cons
- Adult content isn't for everyone—definitely not safe for work or streams.
- Only affects one specific picture, so it's a very narrow change.
- Potential compatibility issues with other mods that alter the same texture or image.
For Resident Evil fans who want a cheeky, adult twist on a specific in-game detail. If you're looking for broader gameplay or visual overhauls, this isn't it—it's purely a niche cosmetic swap.
