New Outfit for Leon

credits to Jalawahiska, babyeagleismissing & UNDEDMINER I used their mods:

-Navy Blue Shirt and Black Pants with White Shoes from Jalawahiska.

-Speedrun Elite Tactical Vest and the OPTION "A" Props (which I left intact) from babyeagleismissing.

It means that half of the files are in 4k quality.
