Insane Friendly fire

Description

 - Re4R has friendly fire by default but the enemies deal very little damage to one another. A zealot can take crap ton of Garrador hits while the player die in three ? That's just unfun.

 -  And with mods that can buff enemy HP like Biorand, Inferno, Berserker,... The immersion only get worse.

 - Thus, this mod will multiply the damage enemies deal to one another and leave the player intact. And with this, everyone is force to the same scenario that the player have suffered for far too long: Die in a few hit
