Important Notice: This MOD does not appear in the "Weapons" list of the Mod Manager. We have implemented it so that it will be displayed, but for some reason it does not appear. After transferring this MOD to the Mod Manager, click the "All Mods" button and search for "CV Knife".

Explanation in English:

This is a from scratch remake of the "Combat Knife" that appeared in Resident Evil Code Veronica. Although it does not have the multi-hit function that was its distinctive feature, the powerful attack power of the RE4 knife makes up for it.It can replace any knife (Combat Knife, Primal Knife, Fighting Knife, Tactical Knife, Elite Knife, Boots Knife, Kitchen Knife), and the gradual damage that occurs to the blade as its durability decreases is fully implemented. Also, although it only appears for a moment,

the knife pointed at Leon by Ashley at the end of Chapter 7 is completely covered in blood.

The 3D model of the Combat Knife used in this MOD was modeled by glaring at the Combat Knife that appears in CVX so hard that it seemed like I was going to burn a hole in the monitor. I never extracted and incorporated assets from CVX. The textures and meshes were all created from scratch.

blade part perfectly reproduces the CV knife, with the sawback being sharpened as well. This allows for high power in backhand slashes and allows for a larger wound when stabbing.

The meaningless marking "HBC DICE FOOD", the serial number or product name "201-05H", and the "R" marking on the pommel are also reproduced. By the way, the STARS stamp on the handguard was intentionally not reproduced. This is because Wesker is the only STARS member among the characters in RE4, and Wesker does not have a knife in RE4. The meaning of these markings must be discovered by the user. If it is obviously STARS like the original, the "R" stamp on the pommel stands for "R. P. D.", but in this MOD, you can find any meaning you like for this "R" - "RACCOON," "REDFIELD," "ROCKFORT," "REPLICA," "RODRIGO," and more!

There is also one other difference that was intentionally made. Try and find it!

Note1: Even if you only introduce skins, the performance of guns and bullets in the game will not change.

Note2: Even if you install this mod, the icons displayed in the item box screen, etc. will remain as I left them as they are because of conflicts when installing other mods. Well, even if we change it, it won't stand out much.
