extract it's contents to a folder and configure the application, U just have to open it and select re3 and give the file path of re3 .exe file.
2.) Download the mod from here and put it in the mod manager folder ;Games\RE3R\Mods.
3.) Then open the mod manager application and the mod should show up and then install the mod by clicking the icon on the left. That's it for the installation .
