FOV Markers Fix RE3

Description

This Lua file multiplies all incoming FOV values without shifting markers.

Installation instructions

Install reframework if you haven’t already. Extract the zip file and paste this Lua file in the autorun folder of reframework. Enable the aspect ratio fix under graphics for cutscenes if you are using ultrawide. Tweak the fov as you like. The limiter needs to be set slightly higher than the current fov, around +1 or +2, so the transitions work properly. The tweaks are available under Script Generated UI.

Main features

• []Ultrawide fov: automatically calculates the FOV for ultra/widescreen.[/]

  []UI to 16:9: A separate function that sets the UI to 16:9 while keeping overlays like the damage screen or other backgrounds at full size. Some UI elements still couldn’t be identified or accessed correctly. Don't use the UI option under “Aspect Ratio Fix” if you're using mine.[/]

  []Current fov display: A display that shows the current field of view to help with orientation.[/]

  []Disable item info: Both animations can be disabled separately. Once the feature is disabled, a new trigger must occur before it re-enables; this means you must move away from the item or move to a different one.[/]

Requirements

reframework -> RE3.zip and copy only the dinput8.dll if you not using VR. Shoud also work with nightly bullds.
