Gives Carlos alternate outfit options.
Updated the mod - fixed FPS drop and added sling on UBSC vest.
Carlos deserves some new cool-looking stuff ;-)
The mod gives 3 outfit options on your choice:
1) Merc gear;
2) Semi-civilian gear;
3) Regular UBCS vest gear.
The outfit use RE8 Ethan Outfit - Leon model jeans and Rusty's Leon RPD textures. Many thanks to CyanNy782 and Rusty for letting me use their work in my mod!
