Wesker code veronica over Leon 98' (NON-RT)

This mod is a learning project focused on rigging, texture placement, and model modification in Blender. PLEASE CHECK THE IMAGES BEFORE DOWNLOADING.

So, what did I do this time? For this mod, I learnt how to create new materials, link them to textures and integrate them into the original MDF. In Blender, the original Leon ’98 MDF only has one material, and my goal was to expand it to 11 materials, which matches the number of materials used by the Wesker model.

As you can see, I managed to go from the low-polygon Leon ’98 model to a higher-polygon Wesker model from Code: Veronica. This represents a noticeable improvement compared to my previous two mods, and I consider it a big step forward toward creating higher-quality mods.

For my next mod, I plan to better understand how to transfer weights and rigs, as well as how to minimize the cracks that appear when transferring rigs from the original game models to my custom model.

These are the issues the model has:

Cracks on the model.

The texture of the right ear is out of bounds.

Some scenes break the model of the face. In this case, i think it's because i'm replacing a low polygon model with a high poylgon model.

In overall, it's a more playable and nice to the view model in the game. The next time i'll try to use the RPD deffault model or a better DLC model.
