RE2 Outfit Converter Tool

RE2 Outfit Converter is a Windows tool for Resident Evil 2 Remake that retargets Claire costume mods (Fluffy Mod Manager format) from one outfit slot to another.

For example, take a mod made for Elza Walker and convert it to Noir, Jacket, Military, etc.

Your original mod is never edited. The converter writes a new Fluffy-ready .zip you can drop straight into Fluffy manager.

Claire outfits supported for convert:

Jacket (Default),

Classic (Jacket),

Classic (Tank Top),

Noir, Military,

Elza Walker.

'98 Classic can be detected but cannot be converted (different mesh layout).

Using the converter

• []Drop a Claire outfit mod onto the window[/]

  []Choose an output folder (if needed)[/]

  []Click Convert.[/]

  []Done. It is ready to be used in Fluffy's mod manager[/]

Tip: Multi-select a main outfit mod plus its AddonFor / face-hair options to get one combined multi-mod zip.

Keep your original mod as the source of truth if you want to convert again later.
