RE2 No limping plus one-handed pistol aiming

I did a no-limp mod for RE3.  I also did one for RE2, and here's proof.  This eliminates limping regardless of health for Claire and that police-guy who makes for the other playable character.  This also adds one-handed aiming.  I wanted a one-handed aim mod.  But I also wanted a no-limping mod.  And so, with animations all being connected together, I had to link them.  It's all connected--like that conspiracy involving the Pandora Papers, chem trails, and reptile people using pop stars for human mind control!
