Less Framey Zombies (Legacy)

Since the new next-gen update, this mod only works with the dx11 non-rt version. I will be making a version for the next gen update as soon as I can.

Ever noticed how zombies that are far away animate are really framey? Worry no more, just replace the re2.exe file with the download and you worries should be gone. This was done by changing some hex values and can be done manually, has also been done before but since then there was an update which broke the mod so I've decided to upload this here in case people can't find the right hex code or don't want to edit the hex values themselves.
