Enable Snap turn in RE2 and no camera recoil in RE2

Installation instructions

Install Praydog's Reframework VR mod.

Place lua script files under reframework\autorun under your RE2/3 game dir.

Snap turn is enabled in VR first person mode.

Can change settings in "Snap Turn" under Script Generated UI.

If you want smooth turn with higher turning speed, disable snap turn and adjust Turn Speed Multiplier.

re2_vr_crosshair.lua fixes a minor issue when using gamepad.

re2_smooth_movement.lua reduces sliding.
