After finishing his deeds in Silent Hill, he picked Raccoon City as his next target. In a world full of zombies and empty streets and cities he now arrives...as your new enemy.
This is the first mod that sort of uses the coat physics. They're not perfect at the moment but I'll attempt to fix them so the coat won't behave weird in some occasions.
He doesn't need his big blade to inflict heavy damage. He packs punches too, so watch out ;)
Other than that, be careful or the punch of penance will make you learn true pain.
