I believe I have corrected the issue with the files from the original download page (https://www.nexusmods.com/residentevil22019/mods/653?tab=description) not working properly with Fluffy Manager 5000. These files have been changed to a ".rar" type file and the contents of the files have been shuffled around to work (at least for me). There was also a file that was not present in the originals which I believe is needed since it tells the game what outfit these belong to. I'm not a professional modder or even a competent hobbiest but I messed around with these and tested each outfit and they work for me - hopefully they work for you as well.
