A Bug I Can't Fix

I failed to make a correction of a holster's right strap (back) that goes through his gilet when he raises his hand up. Maybe that's because I had fixed the gilet and the right strap earlier to prevent a body from going through them (I pulled those spots up a bit). When I try to edit head's/back's skin mesh, the game turns the skin into some bug that goes up, so I can't edit it at all to prevent other issues. Changing weights of the strap/gilet doesn't help. Sculp helps, but that would cause another problem: the right strap and the gilet would have a big distance between each other in a normal pose. I also don't want to upscale his outfit to remove the skin issue. That would look not right.
