Weapon Overhaul(update MC and SW)

- All weapons are more accurate and have very low recoil.

- All handguns can combine laser sight.

- Handguns Shotguns and Submachine guns will have extra penetration effect when Critical shooting.

- There is no additional sway when aiming down sights.

- Inspired by Berserker, some weapons support dual ultimate upgrades.

- Adjust FOV and camera damping for scope sight. add new scope sights.

- To avoid data conflicts, I adjusted the initial equipment of the characters.

- Increase Kick damage, Kick will cause huge amputation damage for human enemy.

- Improve a little run speed and combat run speed.

- Add a patch of better iron sight and cross reticle for all rifles.

- Decrease CQBR shooting rapid rate to enhance controllability.

- SR M1903 and Stingray become more silent, won't startle the crow. recommend sound patch:  Tactical Sniper Rifle  Scar Semi-auto rifle

- Sync Separate Ways and Mercenaries data to main story, now support overriding others MOD, eg Berserker

- Amputation Damage will be more effective for Matilda, LE5 and Rifles, when dealing a critical hit.
