This one adds the original game announcer voice to the title.
The "Resident Evil 4" and "Biohazard 4" are both included.
(Install only one file at a time).
I don't own a copy of the full game, and don't plan to for the moment (unless someone buys me a copy :D).
It seems to be working on a full game.
