Resident Evil 4 Remake Ultimate Trainer Infinite Health Infinite Throwables One Hit Kill

This trainer script adds gameplay cheat options to Resident Evil 4 Remake through REFramework. The mod provides a simple UI menu where players can toggle cheats in real time without restarting the game.

The mod currently includes:

How To InstallStep 1 – Install REFrameworkDownload and install REFramework.

Copy dinput8.dll into:

Resident Evil 4 folder

Step 2 – Install the ScriptCopy the Lua file into:

Resident Evil 4

→ reframework

Resident Evil 4/reframework/autorun/RE4_Trainer.lua

Step 3 – Launch GameStart the game normally.

Step 4 – Open Trainer MenuPress:

This opens REFramework menu.

Step 5 – Enable TrainerFind:

Ultimate Trainer

Enable options:
