RE9 Hair with hairstrands

somebody wanted my Hair from my RE9 Leon head but without the head, just the hair, and there's no other mod that adds hair strands that I know of, and they work good for the most part, some issues, but ill see if I can fix them more in the future

Warning:

Hair strands are very finicky and very difficult to work with, so you may lose fps, sometimes it may not work(Rare), I will try to improve this, but as I said, there very hard to work with, that's why Hair mods don't usually have hair strands

Also let me know any mod ideas you may have
