No crosshair bloom spread (mercenaries)

Mercenaries version.

Applies to all firearms of mercenaries mode that don't have an attachment that improves accuracy (for example TMP Stock, Matilda Stock, Red9 Stock, etc...).

For mercenaries weapons with one of those attachments you can use this :

Both mods are complementary, so feel free to play with one or both (for example, if you want to apply the no bloom effect only when attaching a stock to your weapon, etc...).

Also these mods are compatible and complementary with story mode versions (base weapons, and weapons with attachments).
