This was part of my charms overhaul mod, originally the idea was to put all effects into charms and remove from accessories/cases.
If you're not seeing any changes in-game, do this:
1 - Uninstall all RE4 mods from Fluffy Mod Manager
2 - Click Re-read game archives
3 - Install mods again
