Iโm excited to share with you a little passion project Iโve been working on:
A full voice and SFX replacer that turns Leon into Claire โ using audio from Resident Evil 2 Remake, crafted with love, machine learning, and a whole lot of trial and error.
๐ง What This Mod Does
This mod replaces all of Leonโs in-game and cinematic voice lines and SFX with those of Claire Redfield from RE2 Remake. That means:

๐ ๏ธ The Process
This was a personal challenge I set for myself: to pull off a full voice and SFX swap using only self-made ML/AI tools, no outside voice cloning services or assets. I trained a custom TTS model using post-processed Claire voice lines from RE2R, and paired up SFX with a similarity-based ML algorithm to match Claireโs sounds to Leonโs.
It took around three weeks of evenings and weekends (while working full-time), but Iโm happy with the result โ and I havenโt seen a full Leon voice replacement out there yet, so here it is!
๐งก Why Claire?
Claireโs been a favorite of mine since childhood, and Stephanie Paniselloโs performance in RE2R made me appreciate her even more. This mod is a tribute to both the character and the actress who brought her to life.
