This Mod allows the player to use Carlos Oliveira's UBCS Combat Vest by replacing the old and bland standard body armour. Giving Leon a new Tactical vest instead of some Police Bulletproof vest
~ During the Creation of this Mod I had some help from Bang Nu and Lady Chromatrescu. A special thanks to their help. without it this mod may not have been possible.
