📋 About This Mod
Restores the hair strands for Luis's beard when using the Vest outfit.
For an unknown reason, Capcom only gave Luis his normal beard when they added his Vest costume. Even when hair strands are enabled, they don't apply to his beard like it does for his default outfit. This mod fixes that.
