Mod that changes Ashley's shorts into a skirt with several improvements

  Known bugs:

  * Adding more physics to the skirt, reducing the leg clipping bugs and making the mod compatible with a longer skirt does make it look a bit stiff in a few instances, especially when Ashley sits down, but it's a cost that I personally think is well worth it.

  I would like to thank user Karkulizin who notified me of the error with the size of the skirt on the model without a jacket.
